Your estimated quarterly assessment for 2027 will be $320, subject to approval at the budget meeting.
If You Opt In to Cable TV
You will receive Comcast Cable TV service under the applicable bulk service agreement.
Your estimated quarterly assessment for 2027 will be $512, subject to approval at the budget meeting.
